We’re delighted to have you join our community and help organize San Diego’s largest family event, the San Diego St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Irish Festival. The Irish Congress of Southern California (ICSC) is a volunteer-driven nonprofit that celebrates Irish heritage, culture, and community spirit. As a member, you’ll play an active part in bringing this tradition to life each year.

An annual membership fee of $27 helps cover administrative costs, and all active and able members are expected to volunteer at least three hours during parade weekend.
